Of the 7 1/2 lifelong learning habits #2 - Accepting responsibility for your own learning is probably the easiest for me. My parents say I've always been a very responsible person and I've always been on the curious side. So while I value the efforts of others to teach me, ultimately it's my responsibility to "get it".
#3 - Viewing problems as challenges has got to be the hardest for me. I'm a pessimist (or a realist). So while a problem doesn't automatically translate as crisis, neither am I likely to view it as something positive.

Ha! I would you put you somewhere in the continuum between realist and pessimist. :) Or perhaps a pessimistic realist? Welcome to the blogosphere!
A great perspective! I encourage you to use your intelligence and charm to bring others with you on this journey.
I think I would view you more as a realist than a pessimist.
